Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, after months of separation.
Dorit cited “irreconcilable differences” in the papers filed as the reason behind their split. She also asks a judge to grant her sole legal and physical custody of their children, son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9.
The Housewife is also requesting spousal support.
The couple announced their split last spring.
“We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” their joint statement read. “We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”
During the show’s 14th season, viewers saw Dorit and PK try to hash things out, but it seemed PK had already checked out of the relationship. Dorit accused him of having issues with alcohol and of being verbally and emotionally abusive towards her.
PK was recently spotted out with former Amazing Race season 12 contestant Shana Wall, looking very much like a happy new couple.
