Former workers are suing RHOBH star Diana Jenkins for not paying them overtime they claim they regularly worked.
Griselda Santana, Jorge Ramirez, and Maricela Salazar filed the lawsuit in 2018 for “failure to pay overtime, failure to provide proper breaks, and failure to pay earned wages.”
Griselda was Diana’s housekeeper from 2014 to 2017 and was paid $25 per hour. Maricela worked for her from 2015 and was also fired in 2017. Jorge Ramirez was her gardener from 2006 to 2014. He left but returned to work for her from 2016 to 2017.
Jorge asked to be awarded $40K for unpaid wages and penalties. Griselda asked for $50K, and Maricela wanted more than $12K.
“Any time attempted to be taken by Salazar or Santana as a rest break, either before or after the lunch break was interfered with by either supervisor and aggressively denied.”
The case was dismissed and Diana denied all of the allegations.
