Real Housewives of Atlanta returnee Porsha Williams has responded to Simon Guobadia’s claims that she cheated on him with rapper Future and accused him of violating their prenuptial agreement.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Porsha wants a judge to prevent Simon from forcing her to turn over her Bravo contract and other documents.
Porsha also says they signed the prenup “to avoid contested and expensive litigation, including the costly and potentially intrusive discovery process, if an event of dissolution occurs,” and that the agreement “means thatserving, conducting, or attempting to serve or conduct, any discovery whatsoever, either upon/toward the other Party or upon/toward any other Party” would constitute an “[e]ffor[t] to contest, challenge, or oppose the enforcement or adoption of th[e] Agreement.”
Simon is trying to prevent Porsha from filming in the home they shared together and any of his vehicles.
Porsha denies the Future allegations, accusing Simon of making up “false and salacious” claims to tarnish her reputation.
Porsha also wants the court to order Simon to stop speaking to the press about their legal battle.
