Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Peter Thomas was gearing up to sell a television show about his life before he was sentenced to 18 months in prison for tax fraud.
Peter reportedly submitted a letter from Mark Rowen to the court, the President of Blue Collar Productions, who wrote that “Blue Collar Productions is currently developing a TV series based on the life of Peter Thomas. The series will look at the current activities in Peter’s life, including his personal relationships, the opening of bars and restaurants, along with his legal issues.”
The production company has deals with Hulu, Apple TV +, FOX Tv and more.
“It will be done in the style of a real-life follow documentary, so that the opportunity for Mr. Thomas to comment on his views regarding his tax situation, the legal system and educating others on what they could be doing, will be present and available,” Rowen continued.
Rowen stated that the production company was actively trying to sell the project and that Peter would need to film for six months. Any funds Peter made from the production would go towards his restitution.
Peter pleaded guilty to tax fraud and, after leaving prison, will have to serve two years on probation.
