Last night’s episode (June 15) of The Real Housewives of Atlanta appeared to show the beginning of the end of Kelli Ferrell’s friendship with her “best friend,” Brit Eady.
According to Phaedra Parks, Kelli generously let Brit borrow her glam team, but it was never supposed to be a permanent arrangement, and Kelli is getting tired of Brit using her staff.
Meanwhile, Porsha Williams noticed that Kelli stayed pretty quiet when Brit was being called out by the group in last week’s episode for her lackluster donation…Kelli did not leap in to defend her friend.
Later, the two frenemies finally sit down for a heart-to-heart. Kelli opens up about her looming legal call to hash out custody, property, and all the messy details of her split. But Brit isn’t exactly feeling supported, either. She’s still hurt that Kelli didn’t step in while Shamea went off on her during the donation drama.
Kelli, on the other hand, thinks Brit should be giving more financially and otherwise, but Brit fired back, accusing Kelli of using her glam squad as a buffer. Kelli thinks Brit just wants to steal her shine and even allegedly scheduled a whole glam squad meeting behind Kelli’s back.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays on Bravo at 8/7c and streams the following day on Peacock.
