Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Brit Eady has spoken out after being dragged by viewers for mentioning Shamea Morton’s sick child during a heated exchange.
In the season finale, Brit accused Shamea of exaggerating her daughter’s sickness, as she did not fly back immediately when learning that her child was extremely ill.
Her comments came after Shamea accused Brit of being a “pill popper,” and then doubled down.
“Shamea doesn’t get to call me a w—e all season long, imply I’m an addict, bully me in every media outlet, come for my marriage, and try to get the public to hate me because she is a LIAR,” Brit wrote in response to the backlash.
She continued, “What no one see is Shamea uses that storyline to gain sympathy from the fans, when she weaponize her child condition and knows no one can say anything. But no one talks about the made up stories she has put out in the media dragging my name every chance she gets. F–k her.”
As Brit did not show up for the reunion filming, fans won’t get to see the ladies resolve these issues in front of Bravo cameras.
