Kelli Ferrell’s ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, is facing new legal trouble after a recent arrest in Georgia.
According to online records, Mark was taken into custody on Tuesday on a felony charge of theft by taking. Authorities have not released full details about the alleged incident, though it is believed to stem from a situation dating back to November.
The development comes amid ongoing legal disputes between Mark and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
The former couple, who married in 2011 and finalized their divorce in 2024, have been involved in court proceedings related to child support. Mark was previously jailed last year after Kelli claimed he owed unpaid support, and he was later released after the balance was settled.
Mark is also pursuing legal action of his own. He recently filed a lawsuit against Bravo and others, alleging defamation and claiming he was wrongfully pushed out of the restaurant business he says he built. In the filing, he alleges “a willful campaign” that harmed his finances and reputation.
The restaurant at the center of the dispute, Nana’s Chicken and Waffles, has gained attention in recent years as Kelli’s profile on reality television has grown.
Kelli has not publicly commented on the latest arrest.
