The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell has been ordered to stay 30 yards away from her neighbor after allegations she entered the neighbor’s home without permission.
Monualda Cash, an HOA board member, filed for a temporary protective order on September 2. In court documents, Cash alleged that on August 9, “Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” adding that Kelli was “accompanied by others.”
Cash said the confrontation happened after Kelli’s car was booted “for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway, which is also a designated fire lane.” She claimed Kelli “had to be physically restrained and removed” and engaged in “bizarre behavior” while making “a series of irratic (sic) verbal threats.” Cash also said video footage exists.
Cash requested that Kelli stop harassing her, stay away from her family, and receive psychiatric treatment. The judge granted a temporary order, limiting contact to a 30-yard distance, with a hearing set for September 22.
Kelli’s rep responded: “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy, and that of her family, be respected.”
Kelli was also recently threatened with a lawsuit by her ex-husband, Mark Chuvalo, who claimed that she lied about the details of their marriage and subsequent divorce in front of Bravo cameras.
“Today I end my silence,” Mark began in his press conference. “For three years. I watched my name dragged through the mud, my business stolen, my home taken, my children withheld, and my dignity attacked. The truth is simple. What happened to me was not justice. It was abuse of power,” he said during a press conference earlier this year.
“She wants to keep me down because without that storyline, she loses her platform,” Mark went on. “And Bravo, your hands are not clean,” Mark continued. “You gave airtime to lies that you knew could not be sustained, put my daughter on national TV without my permission, and built a storyline that destroyed my name for entertainment. This is defamation.”
