‘RHOA’ Alum Brit Eady Accuses Bravo of Harassment

Brit Eady’s legal battle with Bravo is continuing months after her dramatic exit from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The former reality star is suing the network for $20 million, claiming she experienced harassment during filming for Season 16. The lawsuit centers around a controversial moment involving Kenya Moore at the former Kenya Moore Hair Spa.

According to court filings, Brit alleges Kenya publicly displayed a poster board containing explicit sexual images that appeared to depict her. The incident sparked backlash online and reportedly prompted Bravo to open an investigation into what happened during filming. Kenya was kicked off the show.

Brit later skipped the Season 16 reunion and ultimately left the series.

In her lawsuit, Brit also claims the network presented her with an ultimatum connected to a possible return for Season 17. She alleges Bravo wanted her to agree to continue filming alongside Kenya if she hoped to remain part of the cast. Sources close to the network, however, disputed the claim in comments to TMZ, saying Brit was never asked back for another season.

Meanwhile, Bravo’s legal team is attempting to get the lawsuit dismissed altogether. Attorneys for the network argued in court filings that Brit acknowledged the risks associated with reality television when she signed her contract, including the possibility of experiencing “stressful and emotionally challenging” situations during production.

Brit’s lawyers argue the events of Season 16 crossed a line that exceeded what would normally be expected while filming a reality series.
