Republican Congressman Madison Cawthorn has admitted that there is a video of him circulating online, showing him unclothed, and in bed pumping “a friend.”
In the video, the congressman appears to punch the man in the face multiple times. Then he puts his cr*tch area over the man’s face and begins pumping.
“A new hit against me just dropped,” Cawthorn tweeted in response. “Years ago, in this video, I was being crass with a friend, trying to be funny. We were acting foolish and joking. That’s it.”
Cawthorn, who at 26 is the youngest member of Congress, is a conservative Christian who has accused his colleagues in Congress of having o*gi*s, claimed Democrats are destroying the nuclear family and criticized transgender people.
Cawthorn served as the U.S. representative for North Carolina’s 11th congressional district since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he was elected to Congress in 2020 to succeed Republican Mark Meadows.
Cawthorn is the youngest member of Congress since Jed Johnson Jr., as well as the first born in the 1990s. He describes himself as a Christian and a constitutional conservative. He has been criticized for his controversial rhetoric including falsely asserting that the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent, although he has backtracked on that claim.
