The popular blogger Jessie Woo, who is friends with many Atlanta celebrities is claiming that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha and Simon’s split is “fake.”
Media Take Out learned that Jesse says that the couple are still living together as husband and wife. Se further claims that Porsha only filed the divorce, because she wanted to make sure that her assets and Simon’s were separated.
As Media Take Out reported, Simon’s name turned up in federal court documents – which suggested that “Simon” was a fraudster who scammed his way into a green card.
If that federal suit was about Porsha’s husband, it would suggest that his citizenship – and immigration status in the United States is in jeopardy. Also, Simon could face criminal charges.
Porsha – by filing to divorce Simon – is making sure that all of her money and assets are separate, and couldn’t;t be seized by the feds.
