Lauren Boebert is standing by her son after he was arrested on serious charges involving a minor.
Tyler Boebert, 21, was arrested Sunday on three counts of sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to authorities and court records. He was later released from custody on $10,000 bond.
The case centers on a video Tyler allegedly made in 2024 with a 17-year-old while he was 18, according to an affidavit supporting his arrest warrant. The teen’s mother later told authorities that a video depicting her daughter and Tyler having sex had appeared on Instagram.
The affidavit does not identify who allegedly posted the video.
“I love my son,” Rep. Boebert, R-Colorado, said in a statement Monday. “We take allegations very seriously and pray for everyone affected during this challenging time.”

Tyler did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and it was unclear whether he had retained an attorney for the case.
The arrest marks another legal problem for the congresswoman’s son. Tyler was previously arrested in 2024 on charges connected to vehicle trespassing and property thefts, a case that is still pending.
Last time I saw this blasphemous bimbo she was smoking a vape and giving some strange guy a handjob in a crowded movie theater full of children.

Following that earlier arrest, Lauren said her son had faced “some very difficult, public challenges for a young man.”
She added at the time, “I will never give up on him, and I will continue to be there for him.”
