Media Take Out has the court documents, and can reveal the explosive details inside it.
According to the court filings, Simon Guobadia leased a private jet, which he used to fly Porsha and her daughter all around the world, Porsha posted multiple videos on social media inside Simon’s leased private jet.

Well, according to Netjets, Simon’s company signed an agreement with them and ran up a nearly $1M bill flying around the globe on their plane. But when it was time to pay up, Simon’s company allegedly said – NAH, I’M GOOD!!
Netjets threatened to sue Simon, and last year, he agreed to pay the money owed, in installments. Media Take Out learned that Simon signed the installment agreement himself.
But after making just the first payment, Netjets claims that Simon’s company stopped paying again. This time the private jet company had enough, and now they are suing Simon for the full million that he was supposed to pay in the first place, plus interest.
