Yesterday PEOPLE reported that the Real Housewives of Potomac alum Monique Samuels, 39, and former NFL player Chris Samuels were splitting after 10 years of marriage.
The couple share three children, sons Christopher, 9, and Chase, 3, and daughter Milani, 7.
According to People magazine, they confirmed the report with “multiple sources”
Well according to Monique and Chris, they aren’t splitting up. Media Take Out learned that a few hours after the breakup news went viral, Monique took to social media to dispel the rumors. According to Nonique, she and her husband are “good.”

So what is going on? Well Media Take Out spoke with a person at People magazine who told us that they received news of Monique’s alleged split from a few of her friends at BravoCon this weekend, including one of the current Housewives of Potomac.
The People mag insider – who asked not to be named – explained, “We got the news from multiple sources, and we’re comfortable with our reporting.”
So what’s going on – are they together or not?
Well we’ll all just have to see. Monique has a new reality show that is currently filming, and this “breakup” report, will be a storyline for the show, Media Take Out confirmed.
Monique began appearing as a main cast member on the reality television series The Real Housewives of Potomac during its second season in 2017 and departed following its fifth in 2020. She returned to reality television in 2022, starring alongside her husband in the series Love & Marriage: DC
