Real Housewives of Potomac husband Michael Darby was spotted out at a gay nightclub in Arlington Virginia, according to a social media post on the website Reddit, Media Take Out has learned.
A gay couple was out at a popular LGBTQ bar when they noticed a familiar face in the room – and it appeared to be Bravo reality star Michael Darby. According to the couple, the man – who bears a spitting image to Michael – came to the club alone, and was looking around at various men. They suspect that the man was looking for a hookup.
The couple, who are big fans of the Real Housewives franchise, posted a picture of the man on Reddit. Look:
Michael is in the midst of a divorce from his wife Ashley Darby, who is on the current season of The Real Housewives Of Potomac.
The couple, who share two sons, Dean, 3 and Dylan 1, have had their relationship mired in turmoil for years due to Michael’s marital indiscretions and rumors surrounding his sexuality. However, Ashley said that not one specific incident led to their divorce — a word Ashley refuses to use.
“It has just sort of been a long time coming,” she said. “And yes, there is something that happened, that I do share in this season, that was sort of the pivotal moment that made it come to fruition, but ultimately … it’s just been piling up, if you will.”
Ashley continued saying that neither she nor Michael uses the word “divorce.”
“Neither of us say that. We say ‘separated,’ or ‘separation.’ Neither of us say, ‘divorce.’ So, I know I have six more months — it’s actually, like, exactly six months as of a week ago, so I’m at the halfway mark and, yeah, it still feels really weird. It’s almost 10 years of my life. It is 10 years of my life that I’ve been with this person, so it’s hard.”
