The Real Housewives of Atlanta may officially be over FOREVER. Media Take Out just received some very sobering news from a TOP executive at Bravo.

The current season is in jeopardy of being completely scrapped, and the entire franchise is in trouble.

Media Take Out – which is responsible for breaking the BIGGEST stories of the Real housewives of Atlanta franchise – learned that Bravo and members of the production team had a very sobering all-hands on deck meeting with the network’s legal team. And it wasn’t good.

Many in the room, were told, have recommended that the new season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta be completely shut down. And unless a miracle happens, that’s exactly where we’re heading.

The show is facing challenges on two fronts. First off Simon Guobadia, Porsha’s estranged husband, has hired a top notch legal team who is threatening to sue Bravo is they film any scenes inside of Porsha’s mansion (which Simon claims his his), or in her Rolls Royce (also, which Simon claims is his).

So far this season every major scene shot with Porsha was inside either her home or her car – making all the currently shot footage useless.

And the second front is from Brit Eady. Media Take Out confirmed that Brit hired lawyers who are playing hardball with Bravo. As Media Take Out exclusively reported, Kenya Moore leaked images allegedly of Brit performing o**l s** on a man. Brit’s team are looking to have the footage blocked from appearing on air, and to possibly get compensation from Bravo for participating in Kenya’s drama.

All of the lawyers involvement has triggered Bravo’s insurance police, we’re told – which all TV shows are required to have. And it looks like the Real Housewives may be getting dropped by the insurance carrier, according to one person who attended the meeting.

The insider told Media Take Out, “If RHOA gets dropped from their insurance, the season is over. And that’s where we’re heading.”

Media Take Out has confirmed that all filming for the current season has been halted. And while on break, the housewives seem to be moving on with their lives.

Porsha Williams is currently in London, enjoying her life.

And new housewife Kelli postponed her “cooking demo” which was supposed to be a filmed event tonight, with Bravo cameras in attendance:
