The new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is turning into a huge entire cluster-f*ck, according to folks close to production.
And the producers have a few ideas on how to spice things up, for the current season.
Media Take Out has learned that Kim Zolciak-Biermann is currently filming for the current season of Bravo’s hottest series. Right now, she’s not officially on the cast …. but things could change.
Here’s the tea. According to multiple people close to production the new cast members, Brittany Eady, Kelli Ferrell and Angela Oakley, are not bringing the level of entertainment or drama that producers had hoped.
One insider told Media take Out exclusively, “All 3 women are very high maintenance, and are more interested in talking about their businesses than their lives. It’s really boring.”
And things are only getting worse for the upcoming season. Media Take Out also confirmed that all the legal drama involving Simon & Porsha’s divorce and Simon trying to gag the network and Porsha has forced production to pull back on Porsha’s storyline.
So to try to spice things up, producers have turned to former housewives, to add spice to the current season.
We’ve confirmed that Kim has already begun filming scenes with the show, and she has a new look – brown hair.
Media Take Out also confirmed that producers are trying to work with former housewives Sheree Whitfield and Phaedra Parks to return also. So far no deals have been cut.
Phaedra, Sheree and Kenya were all seen attending Meg Thee Stallion’s concert in Atlanta. And we’re told that the ladies discussed a possible return to the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
