Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is being accused by her estranged husband Marc Daly of refusing to sign their divorce settlement agreement, Media Take Out has learned.
Marc and Kenya are in the midst of a very bitter divorce, where the couple is fighting over child support, property, and spousal support.
As Media Take Out reported, Marc wants custody of daughter Brooklyn, he also wants Kenya to pay him child support. And Marc is also looking to get a portion of the Kenya’s Atlanta mansion.
Kenya filed for divorce in 2021 and the two have been fighting in court for over two years. The couple is set to go on trial in a few weeks.
Now in new legal documents, first obtained by Radar Online, Marc is claiming that the former couple had a “partial settlement agreement and permanent parenting plan” on May 11, 2023 – but that Kenya hasn’t signed the agreement.
And Marc thinks that Kenya’s holding off on signing the paperwork until the Bravo cameras start rolling for filming in the fall.
Marc’s lawyers told the court that the mediator, hired by Marc and Kenya, sent the Partial Settlement Agreement and Permanent Parenting Plan to the parties and Kenya’s lawyer. Both Marc and the mediator signed the documents – but Kenya is holding off on signing the settlement documents.
Marc told the court that Kenya’s actions “reflect her continued attempt to expand these proceedings.” Marc is also asking that Kenya be ordered to pay him attorney fees for having to bring this motion.
