Media Take Out broke the news that earlier this year R&B singer Kehlani got married to Muriel Comer, one of the leaders of Beyonce’s management company. Now the two ladies appear to be splitting up abruptly – and it’s pretty messy.
The two ladies fell in love – and Muriel was helping Kehlani get into the right celebrity circles, and was cleaning up her image. It seemed like a marriage made in heaven.
Well over the weekend, Media Take Out learned that new legal documents were filed – purportedly by Muriel – to annul their marriage. Media Take Out confirmed that a marriage license was issued for the two ladies in Las Vegas, earlier this year.
And the legal documents gave an explanation of WHY “Muriel” is asking to end their short-lived marriage. The documents claim that Kehlani went “insane”, and believed that she was a “character made up” and that she was “method acting” during their relationship.
Sounds really messy, right. The documents state that “Muriel” also believes that Kehlani used her – to help promote her new album – which flopped by the way.
The documents further suggest that Kehlani has also allegedly cheated during their very short marriage. Look:
