Raz B claims that Omarion is no longer member of B2K…and posted receipts to prove it.
“@omarion you been out the group! Bruh. It’s amazing how you think everybody f-cks with you!!! Chris Brown didn’t even come out on your last L.A. set. The industry talks lil man!!” Raz B captioned a post featuring the paperwork.
Raz B posted paperwork to back up his claims.
“At your request, I have researched the trademark issues surrounding the departure of Omarion Grandberry from the group, B2K, and you three gentlemen [Raz B, Lil Fizz and J-Boog], whom are the remaining members of B2K,” the letter from the group’s attorney reads.
“In Robi Vs. Reed 173 F. 3d 736 (9th Cir. 1999), The United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit (California) ruled that members of a group do not retain rights to use the group’s name when they leave the group.”
The entire group is beefing.
