Ray J is back in the headlines after police responded to a domestic disturbance call at his Los Angeles-area home during the early hours of Saturday morning.
According to TMZ, officers were dispatched around 2 a.m. following a report of a possible domestic violence incident. A woman in her 30s was at the residence, but authorities did not confirm who made the call. When officers arrived, both Ray J and the woman declined to cooperate, leaving police with little information to act on. No arrests were made and the officers ultimately cleared the scene.
The incident comes during an already turbulent period for Ray J, whose personal and health struggles have played out publicly in recent months. Last Thanksgiving, the singer was arrested after a volatile dispute involving his estranged wife, Princess Love, during a livestream.

Beyond legal issues, Ray J has also been open about serious medical concerns. Earlier this year, he revealed he was hospitalized for pneumonia and severe chest pain.
“My heart’s only working at 25 percent,” he shared at the time, adding that he is on multiple heart failure medications.
Despite his condition, Ray J has continued performing. He recently shocked fans by saying he bled from his eyes onstage while wearing a heart monitor. As one source put it, “It’s a lot happening all at once.” His heart monitor was recently stolen from one of his shows.
