Ray J’s Thursday livestream is trending online after he suffered a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The singer was broadcasting from Fab Factory when his condition suddenly became serious enough for emergency crews to be called for a reported heart-related issue.
Ray J’s mother was with him during the stream.
Footage showed the 45-year-old lying shirtless while paramedics worked around him and medical equipment was attached to his chest. He was later transported to a hospital. Insiders said the call was medical only, with no unusual or suspicious circumstances.

The emergency went down during Ray J’s “Rayhab” streaming challenge, a 180-day subathon that has reportedly involved long stretches without sleep.
Ray J was hospitalized in January with pneumonia and heart pain. In May, he required another hospital stay after his heart rate reportedly slowed following a fight with Supa Hot Fire. He claimed he only had six months to live at the time.
“I shouldn’t have went this hard, bro,” he said. “My baby mama gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here.”
