“Beat Box” rapper Spotemgottem has been arrested in Miami after he tried to flee from cops on a jetski.
The rapper whose real name is Nehemiah Harden was speeding on a jet ski and Miami police turned their lights and sirens on and he fled from them on the water vehicle. They were able to get him to stop and then they arrested him.
Spotemgottem was charged with reckless operation of a boat, fleeing police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and aggravated assault.
SpotemGottem is best known for of his single “Beat Box” single after it reached #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2020. He released “Back From The Dead” in December.
Last year he was injured during a drive-by shooting on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County. He was shot in both legs and in the hip but luckily he survived the shooting. The rapper has not addressed the arrest but is currently out on bond.
