Rapper Maino hopped on Instagram Live to defend Diddy and his now-infamous parties.
Maino says most of the industry attended Diddy’s parties and that the mogul has been targeted, drawing comparisons between Diddy’s legal woes and the FBI’s COINTELPRO.
“Do you think it’s an agenda to destroy popular Black men?” Maino was asked.
“If you knew anything about history in the 60s, these were some of the tactics they used to destroy you,” Maino responded.
Maino also clowned Diddy accuser, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
“You got some dude named Lil Rod. First of all, there should be a f-cking pause on his name. The n-gga’s name [is] Lil Rod? That’s pause,” he said.
Lil Rod accused Diddy of sexual harassment and of having sex with several male high profile artists. He also alleged Diddy told his eldest son Justin Combs was in charge of recruiting underage girls.
The producer later added Hollywood actor Cuba Gooding Jr. to the lawsuit, saying the actor kept “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders” after meeting him on a yacht.
