Lil Xan has been ordered to pay a man nearly $28,000 after he reportedly pulled a gun during a dispute at a gas station in downtown LA.
The man, identified as Anthony Sanchez became irate over Xan’s comments that last West Coast rapper 2Pac Shakur is “boring.”
Sanchez spotted the rapper at a gas station and began reportedly approaching him, saying: “Look at this little b-tch.”
Xan pulled a gun out on the man. He says he was in fear for his life and quickly fled in his vehicle.
A fight ensued and now Xan has been ordered to pay $27,823.89 in damages and other costs to Sanchez.
It was a default judgment, which implies the rapper did not show up to argue his case in court.
Xan apologized shortly after the backlash from his remarks.
“I think 2Pac is a legend. I don’t have to explain myself to anybody, but I grew up on a lot of old school West Coast, a lot of old school East Coast. But after that, that was just a little mishap,” he said.
