Gucci Mane’s former artist Ralo was recently released from prison, but the artist says that he is not trying to perform his hits on stage in his mid-life era.
“I’m focused on signing artists and being a CEO of a label. I ain’t trying to be on stage like Boosie, rapping when he 40, 50 years old. I ain’t trying to be doing that. I wanna pull up like Birdman with my artists,” he told his followers on live stream.
.@BOOSIEOFFICIAL humiliated by Ralo for being too old. Male rap fans join the ageism drags, just like Nicki Minaj is being dragged for her age at 41.

In March 2022, Ralo pleaded guilty to six counts of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute at least a kilo of marijuana, felony possession of a firearm, and money laundering and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
The Ralo’s conviction stemmed from his arrest at Atlanta’s Dekalb-Peachtree Airport on April 15, 2018 after the cops raided his private aircraft and discovered $1 million worth of marijuana aboard the plane.
Ralo is 29, so he has a few more years before it’s time for him to retire from the stage, but is he right? Should rappers stop performing in their 40s?
