Bachelorette stars Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo have finally finalized their divorce.
As part of their agreement, neither party will receive spousal support.
Abasolo gets to keep the wedding band, his Miami home, and 2021 Honda Accord, while Lindsay gets to keep her engagement and wedding rings, Hollywood home, and 2023 Porsche Macan.
They will be responsible for their own legal fees.
In July, Lindsay was ordered to pay Abasolo “temporary spousal support in the sum of $13,257 per month,” beginning on July 15, plus a total of $20,000 for his legal fees.
She accused him of misreporting his earnings at the time.
“Bryan claims to earn so little income that if he worked a 40-hour week and was paid minimum wage in Los Angeles County,” she said in a court filing, adding, “he would more than double his reported earnings.”
Lindsay shared that since their split, she “paid 100 percent of the mortgage, property taxes, homeowner’s insurance, maintenance and repairs, utilities, and costs to care for our pets…on Bryan’s behalf,” and that he was refusing to leave her home.
