Faith Rodgers, a former victim of R. Kelly who appeared in the original “Surviving R. Kelly” series, is demanding that the disgraced star hand over his medical information after he allegedly failed to disclose he had herpes before sleeping with her.
Rodgers is insisting that Kelly answer questions under oath about what date they met and how many times they engaged in sexual relations plus financial institutions in which he has account, reports RadarOnline.
Rodgers also wants the star to list all credit cards he used from 2017 to 2019 and to note all the names of any medical professionals he used, stating each and every hospital or clinic that he was a patient of from January 2017 to January 2019.
Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison for using his celebrity status to sexually abuse children and women in July of 2022. Months later,he was found guilty of child sexual abuse in Chicago federal trial. The jury convicted him on six out of 13 counts, including three of child pornography.
