Cardi B and Nicki Minaj are currently embattled in one of the nastiest female rapper beefs in the history of hip hop. The beef has gotten so personal that, as Media Take Out reported, if anyone sides with Nicki, Cardi regards them as her enemy and Nicki does the same.
Well over the weekend, Cardi’s husband Offset’s cousin and former Migos band member just chose sides. And he chose to be team Nicki.
So far Cardi hasn’t responded to this. But her fans are all over Twitter dragging the heck out of Quavo and Takeoff, for their supposed disloyalty.
Quavo is a rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known as the co-founder and former frontman of hip hop trio Migos. Quavo is the uncle of fellow Migos member(s) Takeoff and cousin of Offset. He is also a partial owner of the FCF Glacier Boyz.
Outside of Migos, Quavo has been featured on four singles that have peaked within the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, including DJ Khaled’s “I’m the One” and “No Brainer” the former of which reached number 1 along with Post Malone’s “Congratulations”, which peaked at number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was later certified Diamond by the RIAA.
In 2018, he released his debut solo album Quavo Huncho which peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200.
