Quando Rondo reacted to Lil Durk being frustrated that King Von was shot and killed by a “nerd type” like Lul Tim.
In an interview with DJ Akademiks, Durk said:
“Yeah, that sh-t f-cked everybody up, boy, when a real gangsta get took out by a nerd type,” he said, referring the shooting.
Quando saw the clip and responded: The Nerds Got 7 Of ‘Em Last Year Urkkkk….”
He then deleted the tweet. The beef between Quando Rondo/NBA YoungBoy and Lil Durk’s crew has not simmered down since Von’s death back in November 2020.
Weeks ago, Quando denied allegations that he used a Lil Durk lookalike for the video for his song, “Soul Reaper.”
“Man you know I’m growing my hair out right now. I’m tryna grow me some wicks, alright? In my city, a lot of people do that style of hair but with me being a celebrity, I guess people always say, ‘Oh, he got wicks. He’s tryna look like this dude and that dude,’ when you can go back to the Old Testament in the bible and [the dude] had wicks,” he told SAY CHEESE.
