Cuba Gooding Jr. has been added to Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit by filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs in February.
Gooding was mentioned in the original filing, along with screenshots of an alleged incident but now the lawsuit has been amended and Good has been added as a defendant.
Lil Rod says the actor “began touching, groping, and fondling [his] legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders” while on a yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Diddy had rented the yacht.
Lil Rod accuses Diddy of “grooming him to pass him off to his friends.” He says he “suggested that Cuba ‘get to know’ Mr. Jones better,” and that Gooding made several advances before he physically had to push him off him.
Good has been accused of sexual assault in the past. He has not publicly addressed the new filing by Lil Rod.
