The prison officer being sued by R. Kelly over the alleged leak of the singer’s emails and phone logs to Tasha K.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the Metropolitan Correctional Center prison officer denied all allegations that they obtained Kelly’s confidential records and sold them to blogger Tasha K, noting that she was “not in a place where” he should expect privacy.

Kelly filed a lawsuit back in November 2023, claiming negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other violations.

The investigation from the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General reportedly found that “at least 60 BOP officers made unauthorized access to plaintiff’s sensitive, confidential, and private information maintained by the BOP,” and that one officer illegally accessed his email correspondence, phone calls and guest visits more than 150 times, emailed them to herself before providing them to Tasha K “R. Kelly Can’t Control His Girlfriends While Behind Bars.”

She shared with her viewers phone call information between Kelly and women, as well as visitor logs and email communications, the lawsuit says.

The officer says the disgraced singer did not suffer any actual harm and said that her conduct was not outrageous or intentional. She also shot down Kelly’s claims that he suffered emotional distress and she said she did not access computers without or in excess of authorization.
