Porsha Williams is ready to see NeNe Leakes reclaim her peach after years away from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Asked whether NeNe could return to the series following her cameo on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Porsha told Us Weekly, “We’re very hopeful.”
“But you know, we’ve got a great cast,” she added. “But yeah, me personally, yes, I would love for NeNe to come back.”
NeNe, 58, will appear on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, which will be her first Bravo appearance since leaving “RHOA” after season 12. A recently released clip showed her helping Porsha pack for the cast’s cross-country trip.
“How dare we celebrate 20 years as Housewives and leave out the NeNe Leakes?” Porsha said during a confessional.
Porsha, 45, said reuniting with her longtime costar immediately brought back their familiar dynamic.
“It felt like right back at home,” she shared. “We haven’t skipped a step, didn’t miss a beat.”
She added that NeNe quickly returned to her old habits, telling her, “I gotta gather you real quick. Let me get you together.”
“That’s the energy that Atlanta has been missing,” Porsha said.
NeNe previously called her Bravo return a “really long, long journey,” adding, “I’m happy, overjoyed.”
Roaring 20th premieres August 9 on Bravo.
