Porsha Williams is once again reflecting on Kenya Moore’s shocking exit from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Speaking with Carlos King, Williams addressed Kenya’s exit and what it meant for the show.

“No. It didn’t,” she said when asked if it made her nervous. “I was excited to be in the same space as Kenya again.”

She says she enetered season with uncertainty about their relationship. “I didn’t know what the hell that was gonna look like,” Porsha said. “But I knew that she was gonna hold a great space for me.”

Porsha also made it clear she prefers a balanced cast. “I don’t need to be the queen of nothing,” she continued. “I love a strong cast.”

Despite that, she acknowledged Kenya’s departure changed things. “It was more like I respect you, you respect me… and so when she left… you gotta step up to the plate,” she said, noting she was also navigating a divorce at the time.

Kenya stepped away in 2024 after navigating shifting dynamics and years of high-profile conflict with Brit Eady. Kenya was accused of displaying revenge p*rn at her salon opening. Brit eventually admitted the photos were not of her but still filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against Bravo.
