Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is accusing her estranged husband Simon Guobadia of using a fake green card.
Simon has allegedly been involved in several financial crimes since the 1980s and was reportedly denied U.S. citizenship.
“If a person concealed their criminal past [and] provided fake identification for a green card—is it still valid … in the US?” She wrote on her Instagram Stories, adding, “#InquiringMinds.”

Simon, who has been quick with the clapbacks, hopped online to respond.
“I’m [going to need] people who think there are 265 days in a year to stay out of undertanding [sic] complex US immigration laws,” he wrote. He added that the issue was “above your mediocre mind.”
Porsha recently filed an emergency order requesting to film at the home they shared together, saying that her livelihood depends on it. Her lawyer has even offered that Porsha only in designated parts of the house where it would show anything personal to Simon or his possessions.
Simon is refusing.
