Blac Youngsta and his family recently suffered a tragic loss – the brother Tomanuel Benson.
According to police, and reported by Media Take Out, Tomanuel was g*nned down at a Memphis gas station in the early hours of Friday, August 18. At the time, police shared an image from security footage that depicts who they believed was the man responsible.
Now, according to Fox News in Memphis, they claim they found the prime suspect, and are now searching for him.
Memphis police initially told the news network that Randy Ewing is the lead person of interest in this crime.
Now the police have upgraded their certainty. Last night, Memphis Police (MPD) is saying that that Randy Ewing is responsible for the murder of Benson, the brother of Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta whose real name is Sammie Marquez Benson.
Blac Youngsta is a rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He signed to fellow Memphis-based rapper Yo Gotti’s label Collective Music Group (CMG) in 2015. He became best known for the 2017 single “Hip Hopper” (featuring Lil Yachty) and the 2018 single “Booty”, with the latter peaking at number 73 on the Billboard Hot 100. Both songs appear on his debut studio album 223 (2019), which peaked at number 42 on the Billboard 200.
