Podcast host Bobbi Althoff has reacted to leaked nudes on the internet showing her allegedly self pleasuring herself.
Althoff says the nudes are deepfakes.
“Hate to disappoint you all, but the reason I’m trending is 100% not me & is definitely AI generated,” she wrote.
In a separate post, she described the moment she realized what was happening online.
“I was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s a first, I’m trending on Twitter. You guys must really love my podcast, wow,'” she thought until she clicked to see what all the drama was about.
“I was like, ‘um, what the f-ck is this?’ I felt like it was a mistake or something, that it was bots or something. I didn’t realize that it was people actually believing that that was me until my whole team called me and were like, “is this real? I was like oh my God, I need to cover my eyes.”

Bobbi is one of several celebrities who have had deepfakes using their likeness go viral.
