Financial problems are reportedly mounting for Dorit Kemsley and Paul Kemsley as their multimillion-dollar Los Angeles home faces possible foreclosure.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, PK is now asking a judge to force the sale of the property, claiming the couple’s finances have spiraled while Dorit allegedly continued spending heavily on luxury fashion.

The filing reportedly accuses Dorit of spending more than $1 million over the past year on designer purchases, including nearly $995,000 on clothing, handbags, and accessories. Among the alleged expenses listed in the documents are roughly $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, another $69,000 at Chanel, and approximately $38,000 at Hermès.

PK also claimed Dorit made no mortgage payments on the home despite living there exclusively with their children. According to the filing, he says he handled most of the family’s financial obligations, including mortgage payments and household expenses.

The couple purchased the property in 2019, but court records reportedly show the home is now tied to more than $6 million in mortgage debt. Notices of default have allegedly already been filed.

PK claims he spent months working with lenders to avoid foreclosure and encouraging a sale of the home before the situation worsened.

He is now asking the court to intervene, arguing that a forced sale could prevent the family from losing significant equity if foreclosure proceedings continue.

During the reunion, Dorit bumped heads with Kyle Richards, who pressed her about her spending.

“I can afford to spend $4,000. I’m very lucky to,” Dorit told Kyle. “Being judged by you, having you go and speak to the girls, the group about, ‘That’s a lot of money she’s spending.’ Kyle, especially, from you.”

Kyle clapped back, saying, “By the way, I’m not in the same financial position as you and I’m sorry.”
