Pinky Cole faces another property battle as a lender moves to foreclose on one of her Georgia rental homes, claiming she owes more than $164,000.
The Slutty Vegan founder, who appeared on season 17 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, is accused of falling behind on mortgage payments for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property outside Atlanta.
According to legal documents TMZ obtained, Selene Finance LP filed a motion on Thursday, claiming Cole stopped making payments in December 2025.
The company is seeking permission from a bankruptcy judge to pursue several options for recovering the debt, including a possible foreclosure.
Cole’s lawyer, Jamie Christy, pushed back against the filing, clarifying that the property is not the entrepreneur’s primary residence.
“This property is not Pinky’s home, but rather, a rental property. The property is being treated in the bankruptcy plan,” Christy told TMZ.
Christy also described the lender’s filing as “an impulsive move” and said the motion is being reset.
“The focus should be on Pinky righting her finances and growing her business to fund her plan of reorganization,” the attorney added.
Cole reportedly owns several Georgia properties and remains focused on her business, Slutty Vegan, the Atlanta-based restaurant chain.
