Phaedra Parks has already put her time on Married to Medicine behind her and did not show up for the season 11 reunion filming.
Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford, and Dr. Contessa Metcalfe all showed up, but Phaedra, who rejoined the cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta, avoided the upcoming showdown.

During season 11, Phaedra became upset when her ex-husband, Apollo Nida, showed up with his now-estranged wife, Sherien Almufti. She exited a couple’s trip quickly and, since then, has seemed to want off the show.
Apollo did appear on the season 10 reunion show and the couple appeared to be amicable, but their friendship is somewhat of a rollercoaster… plenty of ups and downs.
Quad revealed earlier this month that she has no relationship with Phaedra, who is close to her ex-husband, Dr. Greg.
“I learned of some things that she was doing behind the scenes, and you just don’t do it to a friend,” she explained. “It’s very unfavorable. I was very disappointed and hearing those things and then to have it confirmed, it was very sneaky. It was very low down and disgusting.”
Phaedra was invited back to RHOA after Porsha Williams, who is also making her return next season, rallied for her to be invited back.
