Joe Budden recently announced he will be airing an interview with right-wing commentator Candace Owens.
Peter Rosenberg was not a fan of the decision and called Budden out for the interview.
“So sick of the idea that conversations need to be had with bigots, trolls, and immoral a-holes. Exchanging ideas among smart good people is useful. Hearing a hateful hack babble on about hate is not worth anyone’s time,” he wrote.

Budden invited Owens on his podcast after seeing a clip of her calling Ariana Grande a “homewrecker.”
“I really do feel bad that one of my new favorite people is Candace Owens. Not politically, gotta clear that up. But when she cuts that sh-t off and is just a girl, she is the funniest person on the planet, by far. She’s like political Azealia Banks,” he said before extending the invite.

Grande reportedly started dating her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater when he was married with a one-year-old child.
