Paris Hilton’s newborn son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum is being trolled on social media over the shape of his head. Phoenix, who was born via a surrogate in January 2023, is the Hilton Hotel heiress’s first child with husband Carter Reum.
Paris proudly showed off her son to her millions of Instagram followers, and while most left postitive comments, a large minority of her followers began trolling the baby.
“Stewie?” one person commented, referring to a character with a football shaped head on the animated TV series Family Guy.
Another troll wrote: “He is already further AHEAD in life then most.”
“Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown,” said a third troll.
But not everyone was offering trolling comments. Some offered “medical” advice to Paris and her son.
“God bless you. please take him to the neurosurgeon ASAP he needs a helmet soon I’m serious I’m a healthcare provider,” one follower wrote.
“He really does look like he has macrocephaly!” another commenter wrote.
Macrocephaly is a disorder where a child is born with an abnormally large head.
