MTO WORLD EXCLUSIVE: Casino Chaos! Offset Shot In The Butt After Brutal “Hard Rock” Beatdown Of Lil Tjay.. Is It ‘Stand Your Ground’ Or A Revenge Hit? (DETAILS)
Media Take Out has some heart-stopping news coming out of Hollywood, Florida, tonight! The “Set It Off” rapper Offset is currently in stable condition at a Fort Lauderdale hospital after a high-stakes gambling dispute turned into a literal shootout outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
And the shooter? Sources tell us it was none other than Bronx rapper Lil Tjay, or one of his associates.
The $10,000 Debt & The “Blood” Threat
The beef between these two didn’t start tonight. As Media Take Out reported back in 2025, Lil Tjay blasted Offset on social media, claiming the former Migos star had a “gambling addiction” and owed him $10,000 from a loan at a previous casino run.
Tjay claimed at the time:
“This n***a’s ducked me for so long, boy. I seen him in the casino panicking, asking random people for Cash Apps. I gave him the bread and he told me to ‘get it back in blood’ when I asked for it back.”
The Fight: Offset Leaves Tjay Bloody
It looks like things finally came to a head on Monday, April 6, 2026. Eyewitnesses tell Media Take Out that Offset and Tjay ran into each other near the valet stand. A heated argument quickly turned into a physical brawl.
Offset—who is significantly larger and has a few years on Tjay—reportedly “got the better” of the 24-year-old rapper.
- The Beatdown: Offset allegedly left Tjay on the ground “bloody and dazed” after a series of heavy hits.
- The Retaliation: As Offset was walking away toward his vehicle, Tjay or one of his associates reportedly pulled out a firearm and fired multiple shots.
One source tells us Offset was hit directly in the buttocks as he was turning to leave.
The Florida “Stand Your Ground” Twist
Here is where the legal drama gets thick. While Lil Tjay and another man were taken into custody at the scene, police are currently reviewing high-definition surveillance footage to see if Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law applies.
Under Florida law, a person can use deadly force if they “reasonably believe” it is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm. Tjay’s legal team will likely argue that because Offset had just “brutally beaten” him, Tjay or whomever fired on Set, was in fear for Tjay’s life when they pulled the trigger.
However, because Offset was reportedly walking away when the shots were fired, prosecutors may argue that the “threat” was over and Tjay was simply seeking revenge.
Lil Tjay’s lawyer Dawn Florio released a statement saying that Lil Tjay was “not involved” and “not charged” with the shooting. Police have not yet commented on the charges
As of this morning, Lil TJay has only been charged with disorderly conduct – for the fight. His friend has not yet been charged.
Cardi B On The Way?
Offset is said to be “stable and talking” while recovering in the hospital. Meanwhile, Cardi B has yet to post a response, but fans are wondering whether she’ll hop on a private jet heading to South Florida to be by her estranged husband’s side.
Is this a case of a “sore loser” taking things too far, or was Tjay or his friend just defending themselves after getting jumped? Let us know in the comments!
