Nosh Josephs says he did not sign up to become part of K. Michelle’s Real Housewives of Atlanta storyline.
After K. Michelle alleged that she and Porsha Williams had an ex in common, Nosh said he only told K. Michelle that he knew Porsha because he believed the women were building a friendship.
“All I knew was she had said that, and that’s when I told her, like, hey, I’m Porsha’s friend ‘cause she’s your friend now,” Nosh said. “And I just left it at that, and I said please, I do not want this to go on the show.”
Nosh said K. Michelle assured him she would keep him out of the Bravo drama.
“She gave me her word, like okay, I’m not doing that…I’m not gonna say nothing,” he said.
The issue comes during a season that has already drawn backlash for K. Michelle after she accused Porsha, Drew Sidora, and Phaedra Parks of trying to embarrass her by bringing up an old rumor about her body. Some viewers disagreed with K. Michelle’s read of the situation, believing that Porsha’s comments about oysters seemed to follow an insult from Kelli Potter (formerly Ferrell) instead.
As for Nosh, he said he later learned K. Michelle had mentioned the situation anyway.
“But when I saw the show, you didn’t say my name, but there was a clip,” he said. “There was a video, so I’m like why did you bring me into this?”
K. Michelle has been doing a ton of press recently, and in a May 21 Club Shay Shay interview, she reflected on dating Idris Elba for eight months in 2013 and the public reaction after people learned about it.
“I never exposed that,” she said. “We did everything together, but people thought that I was not good enough.” K. Michelle, who has been married to Dr. Kastan Sims since September 2025, said Elba “has never denied me” and called him “an amazing man.”
