Nicki Minaj’s younger sister Ming Li has responded to the rapper seemingly calling her a “mooch” and a “clown” in response to her media interviews.
Ming Li has been trying to promote her rap career but in interviews, has been asked about her relationship with her famous sibling.
Ming Li revealed that although they have a good bond, they aren’t super close.
In a recent livestream, Nicki clapped back.
“Even with blood relation, what God has given to me is mine … You have to go and get your own. You have to discover whatever it is that you’re great at. Being a mooch and a clown don’t run in my DNA,” she said.
Some fans were surpised by Nicki’s harsh words towards her young sister.
On social media, Ming Lil responded with love.
“I still love her, I tried as a sister to please her but I realize I gotta please God first cause only he can judge the gift he gave me” she wrote, later adding, “It’s okay , I said what I said, still love her, so Imma still do what I gotta do to move forwards and move up it’s whatever no hate and no drama and no disrespect either but just know, God always on my side”
