Media Take Out Staff |

Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty has been ordered to enter mediation with his rape accuser Jennifer Hough.

“The case is referred to Court-annexed mediation. Parties to select a mediator by 12/20/2022 and complete mediation by 3/6/2023. Parties may participate in the mediation remotely,” court documents obtained by AllHipHop reads. It added, “Parties shall file a joint status report two weeks after completing the mediation, but no later than 3/20/2023, whichever date is earlier.”

Last month, Kenneth sued the State of New York, claiming that the State had unlawfully included him in a s*x offender registry. New York state, the defendant is moving to dismiss the case, as it argues that Petty had every opportunity to challenge his status previously. Recently, he faced in-home detention for failing to register in California. According to court documents received by AllHipHop, the court will begin oral arguments on January 6th, 2023.

Nicki has stood by her husband through all of his legal dramas.
