Nicki Minaj hopped on Twitter to mock Elon Musk’s new rate limit.
“Planning out how I’ll use my 600 limit today to promote the #Pinktape, mush the barbz in they head, block & beat the duds while dissing them & cracking up laughing at my own jokes, posting at least 1 nene GIF, call btchs my sons while being bossed around by #PapaBear Hmmm,” she tweeted.
Musk said on Saturday that Twitter would temporarily limit the number of posts users can read per day to address concerns over data scraping.
“To address extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation, we’ve applied the following temporary limits,” he wrote before announcing that verified accounts would be limited to reading 6,000 posts per day, unverified accounts to 600 posts per day and new unverified accounts to 300 posts per day.
Two hours later, Musk quote-tweeted his original announcement, adding, “Rate limits increasing soon to 8000 for verified, 800 for unverified & 400 for new unverified.” He provided no timeframe or explanation for the adjustment.
He then upped the limit again.
