Nicki Minaj has been hit with another lawsuit … this time from a super fan who claimed that the megastar publicly humiliated him.
According to TMZ, Tameer Peak is suing Minaj for $5 million in damages for reputational harm, emotional distress and financial loss.
He says that he has been a fan of the “Pink Friday” star for 15 years and that he even helped her promote her latest, album Pink Friday 2.
In 2017, Minaj accused some fans of being spies and Peak says she “berated” him on an Instagram Livestream while she had more than 100,000 watching, even calling him a “stalker.” Minaj said he was “a paid mole sent to sabotage her.”

In a video from December 2017, Minaj alleged he was “somebody that’s been talking sh-t.”
“What’s the problem?” Minaj she asked. “Say what you got to say. You on candid camera, boo.”
Peak replied, “I be talking sh-t because I love you, and I try to keep it real with you,” he responded.
In the clip above, Minaj seemingly addresses Peak being an alleged mole and turns to look at him directly.
He is now suing her for $5 million in damages.
