Nicki Minaj is calling out United Masters CEO Steve Stoute defending Jay-Z and Tidal.

In a recent interview, Stoute said that Minaj did not sign the paperwork when she partnered with TIDAL and that she walked away from millions of dollars.

“[JAY-Z] gave you equity, but you didn’t sign the paperwork. That’s why you left millions on the table. That man didn’t do anything to you,” he said on The Pivot podcast.

Stoyte also said that Minaj should have discussions about her agreement with the platform in private and not on social media.

The rapper hopped on X to clap back.

“I got a call saying TIDAL was sold, and they didn’t make any money from the deal. All they could offer me was $1 million. But wait, there’s more!” she wrote. “The lawyer said I had to sign the agreement within 24 hours or the ‘offer’ would be off the table. Check the end of ‘Fractions’ for my response.”
