Nicki Minaj opened up to her fans about her recent arrest in Amsterdam.
The rapper flew to Amsterdam for a show. She was arrested outside of the airport after officials searched her bag and found “soft drugs.”
Personal possession of small amounts of cannabis (‘soft drugs’) up to 5 grams in Amsterdam is a punishable offense; this law is not enforced. The sale of soft drugs and the use of small amounts of marijuana and hashish are allowed in licensed coffee shops.

“Not being able to get to Manchester, I don’t know when was the last time I felt that low,” she said.
“Not only that, but knowing that something is being done to you on purpose simply because you are a confident other race,” she added. “There was one lady there — all the rest were men — and I could tell she had a heart. The treatment was just disgusting and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.”
Nicki says she was not treated like a “human” during her arrest.
“When they put out that press release that I was released, I was still in the building. They were doing maybe damage control, I don’t know.”
